3. Get your rebate! |

- When the product arrives, make sure that it is exactly what you want. Defective products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but you cannot return a product once you have removed the proof-of-purchase.
- Make a copy of the invoice that came with the product and keep it for your records.
- Cut out the proof-of-purchase bar code from the product box.
- Fill out the rebate claim form and send it (via first-class mail with delivery confirmation) along with the proof-of-purchase, original receipt, and any other information requested to the address noted on the rebate claim form.
